Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Wolfinx website and your use of our bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial analysis, and advisory services. By contacting us, requesting a consultation, accepting a proposal, subscribing to a plan, or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Nature of Our Services

Wolfinx provides bookkeeping, reporting, and financial advisory support. Our services do not constitute: Legal advice. Investment advice. Medical advice. Audit or assurance services. Tax representation or licensed professional services unless specifically agreed in writing and legally permitted. Clients should obtain independent legal, tax, audit, or investment advice when required.

Client Responsibilities

To provide accurate and timely services, you agree to: Submit complete, accurate, and readable documents. Provide requested information within the agreed deadlines. Inform us promptly of errors, missing transactions, disputes, or material changes. Maintain access to original invoices, receipts, contracts, bank records, and supporting documents. Review reports and notify us of questions or inaccuracies within a reasonable period. Ensure that you have the right and authority to share all information and documents provided to Wolfinx. Remain responsible for management decisions and the operation of your business. Wolfinx is not responsible for delays, errors, or incomplete reports caused by missing, inaccurate, late, or misleading information provided by the client or third parties.

Healthcare and Patient Information

Wolfinx provides financial services and does not require patient diagnoses, treatment details, or medical records to perform standard bookkeeping and reporting services. Clients must not submit unnecessary patient health information through public website forms, ordinary email, or WhatsApp. Where documents contain patient-related information, the client is responsible for removing or limiting unnecessary identifying details before sharing them, unless a secure and expressly agreed process has been established.

Subscription Plans and Fees

Services may be offered through monthly subscription plans or individually agreed projects. The applicable fee, included services, billing cycle, and payment terms will be stated in the selected plan or written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and fees. Government fees, taxes, third-party subscriptions, banking charges, and professional fees are not included unless expressly stated. Prices may be updated for future billing periods after reasonable prior notice.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. If a payment becomes overdue, Wolfinx may: Send payment reminders. Pause work or withhold future deliverables. Suspend access to services. Terminate the subscription after providing reasonable notice. The client remains responsible for fees relating to services already performed before suspension or termination.

Cancellation and Renewal

Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with the agreed subscription terms. Either party may cancel a monthly subscription by providing at least: 30 days written notice. Cancellation stops future service periods but does not remove payment obligations for: Services already completed. Work already started with the client’s approval. Outstanding invoices. Non-cancellable third-party costs incurred for the client. Payments already earned for completed services are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Service Timelines

Report delivery dates depend on the client providing all required documents and information on time. Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing as a fixed deadline. Wolfinx will not be responsible for delays resulting from: Late or incomplete client submissions. Delays caused by banks, government platforms, accounting systems, or third parties. Technical problems beyond our reasonable control. Events of force majeure.

Accuracy and Review

We use reasonable professional care when preparing bookkeeping records, reports, and recommendations. However, our work depends on the information received from the client and third parties. We do not independently verify every document or transaction unless verification is specifically included in the agreed scope. Clients are responsible for reviewing reports and informing us promptly of any suspected error or missing information. If an error resulted directly from information supplied by Wolfinx, we will use reasonable efforts to correct the relevant report or record.

No Guarantee of Financial Results

Financial reports and recommendations are prepared to support informed decision-making. Wolfinx does not guarantee: Increased revenue or profit. Reduced expenses. Improved cash flow. Approval of financing. Successful expansion. Any specific financial or commercial result. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including management decisions, market conditions, pricing, operations, competition, and the accuracy of client information.

Confidentiality

Wolfinx will treat non-public business and financial information received from clients as confidential. We may disclose confidential information only: To team members or service providers who reasonably require access to deliver the services. With the client’s permission. When required by law, court order, or competent authority. Where necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud or misuse. Clients must also keep Wolfinx proposals, pricing, methodologies, templates, and non-public materials confidential.

Data Protection

Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. By using our services, you confirm that the personal information you provide has been collected and shared lawfully and that you have obtained any required authorizations or consents. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as: Email and cloud-storage providers. Accounting and reporting software. Banks and payment providers. Scheduling or communication tools. Government and tax platforms. Wolfinx is not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, access restrictions, data loss, pricing changes, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The Wolfinx name, logo, website, designs, templates, report formats, dashboards, processes, written materials, and original content remain the property of Wolfinx unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use reports and deliverables prepared specifically for their business for internal business purposes. Clients may not, without written permission: Resell or redistribute Wolfinx templates or materials. Copy our reports or methodologies for competing commercial services. Remove Wolfinx branding where branding is intended to remain. Claim ownership of Wolfinx intellectual property. The client retains ownership of its original documents, records, and business information.

Website Content

Information published on the Wolfinx website, blog, or social-media pages is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It should not be treated as personalized financial, legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. A professional assessment of the client’s individual circumstances may be required before acting on general content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wolfinx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity, business, or data, resulting from: Decisions made by the client. Inaccurate or incomplete client information. Third-party platforms or service providers. Unauthorized access outside Wolfinx’s reasonable control. Use of general website or educational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

Wolfinx may suspend or terminate services where: Fees remain unpaid. The client repeatedly fails to provide necessary information. The client requests unlawful, misleading, or unethical activities. The relationship creates a legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk. The client materially breaches these Terms or a service agreement. Upon termination, the client must pay all outstanding amounts for work completed or committed before the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, pricing, systems, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
